Another way to reach Wayanad is by air, and the nearest airport is the Karipur International Airport at Kozhikode. A spicejet flight, no. SG1073 flies daily except on Tuesdays. Taking the road is also a fun filled way to reach Wayanad and a lot of students group travel every other week to Wayanad. The total distance ins more than 280kms and one can take their personal vehicles as well as the public transport system.

Wayanad Bangalore is considered as one of the less visited attraction and unexplored territory in Kerala.
